These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website skopelosexperience.gr and participation in experiences/activities offered by Skopelos Experience (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “the Business”). By accessing the website and/or booking or participating in an activity, you accept these Terms.
2. Definitions

- Services/Experiences: activities such as foraging, outdoor adventures, farm/petting zoo visits, tastings, and any related service announced on the Website and/or our official channels.
- Participant/Customer: any person who makes a booking or participates.
3. Bookings & Availability
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- We may request contact details (name, email, phone) for confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking when necessary for safety, capacity, or operational reasons.
4. Prices, Fees & Payments
- Prices are displayed on the Website and/or communicated during booking.
- An entrance fee may apply to specific activities (e.g., farm/petting zoo).
- Any additional purchases (e.g., animal feed, extra services) are charged separately.
5. Cancellations, Changes & No‑Shows
- If you need to cancel or change a booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
- In case of a no‑show, a refund or rescheduling may not be possible.
- If we cancel due to weather, safety, or force majeure, we will propose an alternative date or another solution where feasible.
6. Weather Conditions & Force Majeure
Most experiences are outdoors. They may be modified, rescheduled, or cancelled due to:
- severe weather conditions,
- fire / fire risk,
- restrictions imposed by authorities,
- force majeure events.
7. Health, Safety & Conduct
- Participation is at your own risk. Please follow the instructions of guides/staff.
- Activities may include walking on uneven terrain, swimming, snorkeling, or contact with animals.
- You must inform us before the activity of any allergies, medical conditions, or limitations.
- We reserve the right to remove a participant without refund in case of dangerous, offensive, or uncooperative behavior.
8. Animals & Welfare
- All animal-related activities are carried out with respect for animal welfare.
- Feeding animals is allowed only with approved food provided/sold by us.
- Please do not scare, chase, or pick up animals, and do not enter restricted areas.
9. What to Bring
Depending on the experience, we recommend:
- comfortable walking shoes,
- hat/sunscreen,
- water,
- swimsuit/towel (where swimming is included),
- insect protection.
10. Photos & Videos
- Photos/videos may be taken during experiences for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to appear, please inform us before the activity starts.
11. Intellectual Property
All Website content (texts, photos, logos) is the intellectual property of the Business or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for loss/damage of personal belongings.
- We are not responsible for delays or changes due to weather or force majeure.
- Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
