The Team
Two friends, sharing the dream and the experience with you. One is holding some of the secrets of homecooking on the street and the other is the key for a restless day on the island. Driven by their love for nature, animals and good food, creating such a “working environment” was a life changing choice.

Original recipes with a homemade touch and local ingredients. Delicious vegeterian options, all made with love and respect to our visitors and mother nature. We are a slow food-food truck and we know what is in your food and where it comes from. We spend the time to hand make all of our menu items with quality ingredients, always going out of our way to do things right. Many of our veggies are produced locally at our kitchen garden. The meat used in our recipes is from a local butcher and our pita bread is handmade. In our salads we use organic, local virgin olive oil. Most of our disposable items are either recyclable or biodegradable and you will always find a recycling bin outside the truck. We are proud to be members of the slow food movement. Slow Food is an organization that promotes local food and traditional cooking. Promoted as an alternative to fast food, it strives to preserve traditional and regional cuisine and encourages farming of plants, seeds, and livestock characteristic of the local ecosystem.
